Just looking at the thread right now similar problems in some ways
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Like 6 weeks old Ricoh SP250 dn
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: SP C250dn* PC Windows 7 I basically successfully refill the toners for C M, and then today refilled Y and K but after I put in the K toner, error message Incorrect Tnr: M comes up
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: nothing happened right before this popped up just replaced the toner refill for the yellow all good
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: and then do the same for K. Although i did accidentally spill the powder, but that happened outside of the printer

If this error message appears even though the toner cartridge is attached correctly, use a dry cloth to wipe the part of the toner cartridge that is in contact with the machine.
