Are you trying to connect this printer with a USB cable , or using a wireless network?
If you'd like, I can connect directly to your computer, and fix this while you watch and communicate with me. Phone support is also included if necessary to make any changes on your printer. This would be the most effective and fast way to solve this type of problem Would you like remote support?
If not, please let me know if you've been able to disconnect and reconnect the printer to the wireless network using the buttons and display on the printer itself (not on the computer). Thanks.
