I need the software fr my CanonPro 90000 Mark II
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Pro 9000 MARK II About 10 years old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I up graded my computer from windows 7 to windows 10 and I cannot get my printer to print. Are there new codes for Win10 OS?
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

If you don't know if you have Windows 10 32-bit or 64-bit installed, please move the mouse cursor over the Windows Start button and then right-click it and select System. A new window will appear. There look for "System type" under "System".

It is 64 bit and I got the printer to work don't know if I have the latest codes or not I use to be able to check on line. Can I still do that?
