My MFC-J470DW printer will not accept 10.5 mm photo paper. Where can I purchase thinner photo paper.Staples do no seem to carry thinner
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It is 2 years old. It is an ink jet printer
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC. I don't know about operating system
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I had no need to use photo paper until just reantly and found out that 10.5 mm photo paper jams
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Where do I purchase thinner photo paper. Staples do not seem to carry anything other that 10.5mm
