JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Brother is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: HL-L23400w and about 1 yr old or less
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Customer: 2 weeks. it popped up after I tried to upload the printer to my work computer-using the disc
