our Epson Workforce 7610 has not been able to print colors for awhile. We
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Epson Workforce 7610 was purchased a year ago September. Colors haven't been printing though black was and now we are getting error code 0x97
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Mac Yosemite 10.10.5
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Colors not printing have been an issue for several months. Kept cleaning the heads and hoping. Error code 0x97 came up this week.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Nope
