We have a Ricoh C831 and the colors are not coming through as they should. A light blue is appearing navy. Any ideas?
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: It is a Ricoh SP C831DN and is three years old.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC, Windows 7
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It has been doing this about a month. I don't know of any changes that could have caused it.
