it acts as if it doesnt know where the start point is in the papers progression along the paper path as if its jumped teeth in the gears? although nothing happened before this problem
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
it does not feed the paper all the way through, stops it 3/4 everytime, then the out of paper message

It sounds like hardware to me. Do you hear a roller sound?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
there was no incident before it stopped functioning properly and its grabbing the paper as normal but sending it part ways with no printing on it
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
just like when you hit cancel how it aborts the job and sends the paper out
Expert:  Kevin8472 replied 5 months ago.

It sounds like the rollers are loose. Looking at the type etc it would not be worth repairing.

rollers arnt loose, sounds like a guess and not really helpful

It's a hardware issue and I am limited to what I can do. Pulling the paper in and resetting after a certain point is a failure in the D feeder.
