Are you currently able to make a copy from the printer's glass fine (not printing from the computer)?
Was there any change recently to your computer or internet service / internet modem/router device that may have caused this issue?

Please try each of the following solutions until it works.
1. Disconnect the power cord(s) from your internet modem / router device(s) for about 3 minutes, then reconnect.
2. Turn off printer, then disconnect power cord from printer for about 2 minutes, then reconnect, then turn on printer.
3. Wait a few minutes, then check printing.
On the printer, touch the Wireless / signal icon
Touch the Wireless Menu icon (which is the gear / wheel icon.)
Touch your wi-fi / wireless network name.
Then follow the instructions on the printer's screen in order to connect the printer to your wireless network.
Once it's connected successfully, then check printing.- Note: If you do not know your network / security / wi-fi / wireless password ***** key / password, please check at the back / bottom of your internet modem / router device to see if it's there; it is case-sensitive. - If you have not done yet, please shut down / restart the computer, then check printing.
