I have an Epson Stylus 215 - I have cleaned and all that type of detail and when I come to print it does not print or copy but it does say that the blue is low
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: I don't know what you are asking for?
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Epson Stylus NX 210 Series All in one
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I have printed one message since Friday

Is it prompting you to replace the blue cartridge? Has it been recently replaced or you otherwise believe it to be full?

Are you using genuine/oem epson ink, or generic/refilled cartridges?
