I have an Epson Stylus Pro 9800
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: I get a Paper Jam 10 years I reload the paper, restart the printer and get the same message. The paper isn't jammed.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: I tried to cut the paper using the key pad and I got a message about the paper cutter Mac I use the Colorburst driver
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It started last week. It simply stopped printing.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The front cover is broken and I tape it shut. It's worked that way for almost 2 years.

What's the serial number on the printer? It should say on the bottom or on the back.
