I have a MFC-465CN and having problems with the fax. When I use it, it sends and error message "NG: Poor line condition/ out of memory. How do I delete the memory?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: Model MFC-465CN
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Not sure what you mean OS.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It has been operating extremely well.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, just want to find out how to delete the memory so I can continue faxing.

To delete the Fax memory......you need to HARD reset the machine.

Pull the power plug from the Electrical Wall outlet, ( this powers off the machine) then WAIT for 5 minutes for the memory to delete.

Then, plug back in, and power back on.

Just googled the make and model of my printer and how to delete the fax memory. It listed several steps to delete the memory for copying, faxing etc. followed the easy steps.
