Cannon MP560 will not print. Screen says printer error has

Cannon MP560 will not print. Screen says printer error has occurred B200. We have unplugged power cord & plugged it in again. Lights are flashing on front of panel. This happened after I replaced ink cartridge 221 C.
JA: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It has not happened before. Age of printer is approximately 5 years.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Computer is Toshiba laptop. By OS do you mean Windows.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It just happened after I had changed ink cartridge 221 C about an hour ago.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: We can't think of anything.

First, let's try the following steps:

1. Open the cover of the printer.

2. Remove all ink tanks from the printer.

3. Lift up the gray locking lever on the side of the ink tank holder.

4. Gently remove the print head from the carriage unit.

5. Place the print head back in and lock the lever down.

6. Place all of the ink tanks back in the printer.

7. Close the cover and turn the printer off.

8. Unplug the power from the printer. Leave the power unplugged for about 5-10 minutes.

9. Plug the power back in and turn the printer on.

This will also clear any static in the printer and will also clear the memory in the printer.
