Just purchased Pixma MX 496, unpacking now,but a piece of red tape is stuck under control panel. Can I lft the panel to remove the tape?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old the Pixma is? And has this happened before?
Customer: Purchased from dealer 1 hour ago. Just removed from box
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC , Windows 10
