Is the paper tray have enough paper in it?

Make sure ALL paper trays have paper......or turn of Auto Select paper tray, and set the paper tray manually to the tray you want to use.

.

Cleaning the rollers will help too.

Just because they LOOK clean doesn't mean they are.

Use a damp cloth (NOT WET, just damp....very little water) and wipe the rollers clean.
