I am not able to print, for last 4 months. I may not have current software or firmware?
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: I have a canon a MX892 and it has worked fine for several years.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: printing from Mac...Macbook, iPhone and desk model iMac.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Actually, we returned from 3 month trip in May. Before that it worked well with my wifi system.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have tried to download what I thought was up-dated software but I'm not sure it got on my system.
