Please try this: turn the printer off and unplug the power cord from your router.
After 60 seconds, plug the router in and allow it 2 minutes to fully start up and then
turn the printer back on. The printer should automatically reconnect to the wireless.
Check the printer status on the computer.
Don't do that just yet. Click the start menu button and open Settings(or click the gear icon)
scroll down to the bottom of the page and and open Devices and Printers.
From the D&P windows click Add a Printer
Windows will scan for the printer. Does it find it?
