JA: Just to clarify, have you double-checked the code? And what is the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: yes
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC W10 x64
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: since yesterday, I received a fax before it happened. I tried to print something and got the error eversince
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I cleaned the printer head with liquid ethanol handcleaner the pcb with professional pcb cleaner

The B200 error is showing up due to a malfunctioned print head.
Once thing you can try is to remove the ink cartridges, unplug the printer power for 10 minutes, plug back in, then re-insert the ink cartridges. If the error goes away, then the ink cartridges just needed to be re-seated.

already tried all that, was about to open the printer to see if anything was causing the printhead carriage to malfunction

Then the problem is due to the malfunctioned print head and will require a replacement print head. Check first to see if you printer is under warranty that way it can re replaced. They cost about $50 and sometimes better to purchase a new printer for close to that price. If you would like to purchase the replacement print head you can get one here:
