JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: 560i -- 2004 maybe?
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It was not printing well, it has not been used for a while, it stopped in the middle of head cleaning and I replaced color cartridges, now it keeps giving me an error and I can't get rid of it or print
JA: Anything else you want the camera expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It keeps saying to push resume button and then turn off/on -- I have done that many times. It flashes amber 5x then green 1x in case that is some error code
