I have a Cannon mx479 all in one printer and I had a paper jam, I got it out but now it is out of alignment, seeing triples of each letter, can it be fixed?
JA: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: about less than a year, and no this is a first time it has done it

It's not my fault your hardware has failed, it says in my protocal manuals here its a hardware issue
