JA: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: HP ENVY AND I PURCHASED IT TODAY
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: I'M SORRY I AM WORKING ON A HP ENVY AND I PURCHASED IT TODAY. THE PRINTER IS A HP OFFICEJECT PRO 8620. IT WAS WORKING GOOD WITH THE OLD COMPUTER.
