it stopped printing. I can't even get a test page. I have had good experience with this printer until now. Lexmark pro 205 Appreciate your help
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Lexmark is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: purchased about 5 years ago. Model Peo205
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Windows 10 Lenovo laptop
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: the isue surfaced last night

Hello! My name is ***** ***** I will be assisting you this evening.

I understand that you are having printing problems. We will do everything we can to resolve it.

Before we do anything, please turn your printer on.

Then, while your printer is warming up, immediately unplug it from power.

Also, unplug any cords you have plugged into your computer that are coming from the printer.

Let the printer sit for about 10 minutes. This will reset the printer and clear any static in the printer that may be causing issue.

Also, restart your computer in this timeframe.

After 10 minutes, plug the printer back in and once everything is back up, try to do a test page.
