It would also be helpful to know exactly what happens when you try to print. Do you get an error message? If so, does it appear on your pc or on the printer screen?
I am SO sorry that I just now saw your request for Remote Support. TO be honest, I am not sure that remote Support would be helpful with a paper jam. I will do my best to help you here. Please click below to access a copy of the user manual manual for you printer. On page 105, there are detailed illustrated instructions for clearing a paper jam.
