Replaced the toner cartridge and it is giving me a drum

Replaced the toner cartridge and it is giving me a drum error message. drum life has not ended.
JA: What is the exact make and model of your printer? And what kind of cartridges are you using?
Customer: Brother MFC 7345N using Brother TN360 cartidge
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Just this morning when the toner cartidge ran out. Had a new one delivered and this just happened
