I have an wf-3640 and I don't know how to get it to scan a document. it ask me to connect to my computer but not sure how to do that
JA: What is the machine's exact make and model? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: I just purchased it in September of this year
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: MAC Sierra
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I have not tried to scan anything on this. I am learning how to get this printer to do this function
