JA: What's the make and model of the printer?
Customer: hp deskjet 3915
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: leveno ultra book
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it stopped printing midway and paper was jammed I took it out but I dont see a reset
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

Remove all of the paper and put the paper back in. After that is complete, unplug the power to the printer, plug it back in, and turn it on. Did that help?
