I am getting a System Error message and so I'm not able to print.
JA: What's the make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Cannon Series 5700 and at least 9 to 10 years old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: labtop
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Just started yesterday. I thought I needed the ink cartridge changed since it said something about low ink?? did that ran 2 copies and then the system error words pop and now I'm asking for HELP

Customer: Yes are you from Cannon or a company that answers all makes of printers?
