or were you connecting to it wirelelssly?
Yes. Thank you. Are other devices able to print to your Canon or is your computer the only thing that prints to it.

No. I'm here but I need some information. I need to determine if the printer is still connected
to your router. If it's not, then you won't be able to print.
On your computer, hold down the Windows logo key, (just to the left of the spacebar
and press R.
The Run box will open.
In the text area type: winver and click OK
What version of Windows does it say you are using?
