When you receive this error, "Check Service", it usually means that there is an issue with the fuser not heating. This would be an issue that would need physical service. There is no troubleshooting to resolve it. I really don't like giving news like that but I am 100% sure that is what is going on since it seems you have already reset and restarted the printer.
You could try leaving it unplugged for an extended amount of time to see if that helps, but there isn't much else that you can do.
