I just bought a 3620 printer and am trying to set up printing. It appears it is not recognizing the brand new ink cartridges and will not print.
JA: What is the exact make and model of your printer? And what kind of cartridges are you using?
Customer: Canon Pixma 3620 and the cartridges are color: CL241XL and black: PG240XL
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Macbook pro
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: We tried this yesterday and had no luck. We had not successfully printed anything. The alarm light and color light are flashing, but not the black
