Computer was previously connected, then it disconnected itself so now it says printer not detected
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Kodak ESP 3.2
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Lenovo
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Nothing I know of. I was gone for 3 weeks with computer off and came back to no detection of the printer so I uninstalled it and unsuccessful since then
