I have an HP envy 5530 and it will not print. I cannot change to this printer because all of the ones listed are Microsoft. This has never happened before. What should I do?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: I've had the HP for only 2 years. The model is envy 5530.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: I'm using a Dell PC, and I have never had a printer problem until today.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Nothing, except we have thunderstorms here in Henderson, NV which is highly unusual. It's been going on all day. Maybe I should try again tomorrow. My message is not critical until Sunday.
