This is a printhead issue which if it cannot be fixed, it would need to be replaced.
Please try this:
Turn off the printer
Open the cover
Turn on the printer
After the cartridges have traveled more than 50% across (do not let them go all the way across), close the lid.
Check to see if the error message goes away.
