It has been driving me to drink lol Every time it seems when we want to print the yellow light flashes and says that we did not to the paper size and so on
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: I will have to find it
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Mac and MacOS Sierra10.12
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it just started about two weeks ago and sometimes I can do what it wants but like right now I am not able to
