My printer is not working and I have a message to visit. It told me to shut off printer and then put it om again. but the same message come up every time same message.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: Epson XP-4000
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: pc asus
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Just happened I printed a document and the paper came out but I had to push it a little and the ink catridges did no go back fully
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: This is the first time this has happened

Can you tell me the exact error message it is showing on the printer display, such as 0xF1 for example?
