Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist.
Is this your wireless password ***** need to get the printer connected?
Thank you. Is the computer you're talking to me on connected to your wireless?
If so, can you tell me which version of Windows you are using?
Is the computer you're talking to me on connected to your wireless?
I can help you with this but I need a little more information to be able to guide you.
I can connect to your machine and get the password ***** you as you look on.
From your computer, please click the link below (after reading this). On the page that opens, click the green I Agree button toward the bottom of the page, and the connection download will begin. When the file (Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client) has downloaded select Run or Open. If Windows asks, Allow changes to be made. When the file has loaded we should be connected.
After you click the green I Agree button if you're using Google Chrome you should see a rectangle in the lower left corner
that says Elsinore Screen Connect Client --click that and open it
If Internet Explorer or Edge a bar will appear at the bottom of your screen asking what you want to do with the file--select Run
If you use Mozilla Firefox click the arrow that points down located at the top right of the screen
and a box will open saying Elsinore Screen Connect Client. Click on that to begin loading the file.
:You can always click the link that says "Download the secure remote desktop client again"

Hello! My name is*****I am a certified computer professional who will assist you.It looks like the previous Expert is not available any more. I can continue assisting you. Please tell me how many devices are connected to your home wireless network?I am awaiting your reply. Thanks,IT Miro
OK. If you forgot the password ***** your wireless network, first thing you can do is go to your wireless modem/router and check both the bottom and rear side for any sticker containing the information about the device or your wireless network. Check if you can see something related to password, key, WEP, WPA.
Did you find anything?
