Hi, I'm Nathan.Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this but I'll do my best to help you.
Are you getting any specific error message, either on the computer or the printer?
So what is it that is not working?
Are you able to make a copy on the printer itself?
Is the printer on usb, or wifi?
Okay you'll need to go into the settings menu then wifi settings on the printer and make sure it is connected to your home network
Let me know if it shows as connected
Press the Settings button on the front panel, it looks like a gear/wrench, arrow down to Network/Wireless, then to Status and it should show as connected (or not).
From there, several more steps will be necessary on the computer.
This is the same process you would have followed to set the printer up initially.
Do you not see the settings/tools function on the printer screen?
Yes and to the side you should have the little house for the Home screen, and then the tools button as well
Press the House (home) then the MENU button (looks like 3 horizontal line) then you can go into the settings
go to the wlan setup, which is the wifi
There most likely isn't one, but you don't need to do wps here anyway, you need to pick your network then put in your password
Then it is trying to do wps and you selected the wrong thing, you need to do the wlan setup, not wps,
you need to be picking your network from a list of options on the screen and putting in your password
You are executing the wrong function.
You need to go into the menu/settings, to network/wireless, then you can do the wireless setup. You keep going into the WPS setup which is different and not what we want here.
Okay, now you are NOT doing WPS, proceed to the auto wifi setup
You do not need to know your mac address, you need to know the wifi network name (ssid) and choose that from an on screen list on the printer
You do not need to enter a mac address, just your wifi password
if it is trying to force you to choose, pick the first option it gives
Do you see "status" anywhere? Or "network info"?
Then it isn't connected in the first place, so you may have missed a step, go through it again, but try picking the other mac this time.
