My Canon MG5220 will not come on. I disconnected it and checked for jammed paper and found none.
JA: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It has never done this before. The printer is 7 years old.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC I don't know what operating system
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: just occurred a moment ago as I was trying to print a document. I had received an emailed document and clicked print.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
