JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Epson stylus NX420
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Also Epson 208268 iMac OS 10.10.5
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Turned all on yesterday and suddenly can't print. says no connection
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Checked power connection etc -- all seem to be OK

Thank you for that information. Please remove power from your wifi router, wait a few seconds and then power it back up. Wait up to two minutes for it to fully connect and assign ip addresses. Check then to see if the printers are available to you. If they are not, please restart your computer and the printers and try again. Please let me know the results.

Neither worked. Perhaps the printer wore out? It's at least 6 or 7 years old.
