Thank you for that information. Please remove power from your wifi router, wait a few seconds and then power it back up. Wait up to two minutes for it to fully connect and assign ip addresses. Check then to see if the printers are available to you. If they are not, please restart your computer and the printers and try again. Please let me know the results.
