IT WONT STAY CONNECTED TO THE WIRELESS MODE.... IT SAYS IT IS ON MY NETWORK BUT MY COMPUTER WON'T FIND IT UNLESS I TURN IT OFF AND THEN BACK ON
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: I JUST BOUGHT IT.... ITS A MFC J5520 DW
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: ITS A I MAC AND OS 12
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I JUST INSTALLED IT A FEW DAYS AGO.. IT STARTED RIGHT FROM THE GET GO.... I DID GO INTO MY PRINTER AND MADE IT THE DEFAULT PRINTER...

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
