I'm sorry about the issue. Is this a new printer? Or was it working fine previously?

What's the model of your internet modem/router device?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

Were you able to install the printer's CD disk?

Are you able to go to the Menu / Network / WLAN / Setup wizard option on the printer's screen?
