My printer will not print since I went to Windows10. Why? Was working fine before that. Thank you.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: 2500 series.b2007
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC - Toshiba, Windows10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It started after Windows10 installed, which I did not install. Also, could it be something stuck in the print jobs?
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It was working perfectly before this started. I can print a page in the printer, but not from the printer itself like an email.
