This error OxFA usually means that something is jammed in the printer. Worst case scenario, there is a hardware failure.

First, begin by checking to see if there is a paper jam. Open the back of the printer, get a flashlight, and see if there is something, anything, jammed inside of the printer. Check the other areas as well. You can also use some canned air for the places that you cannot see.

If that doesn't work, try hard resetting the printer. Unplug the printer while it is still on. Wait 10 minutes. This will clear the cache in your printer and also clear out any static that may be causing havoc in the machine. Plug everything back in and see if you still have the error.

If that doesn't work, check your ink cartridges. Take them out and place them back in. Sometimes a bad contact will throw this error.

Lastly, you can go to Devices and Printers and uninstall your printer. Unplug the printer from your PC and also unplug it from power.

Follow the instructions it gives you, then see if the error went away.

If none of this has worked, you can try picking up the printer, turning it upside down and shaking it to see if there is anything jammed that you didn't see. If that doesn't help, then you probably have a dead printer that would need to be replaced. I hope this information helps
