a Dell tech replaced the mother board on my computer - now my printer will not print - shows Off line. How do I'm get it back to print on line?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Dell is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: It is just new - bought in August - Inspiron3455 Windows 10 desktop all in one
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC don't know operating system
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: just happened after they replaced the mother board on Friday
