How do you connect the printer to the computer? Using USB cable?
Can I access your computer remotely and check the issue?

Are you trying to scan using the printer scan button? Or using any software from your computer?
I would suggest you setup wireless again on your printer by following the instructions in the link below.
After setting up wireless on the printer, restart the printer and try scanning again. If the issue persists, I can help you cancel the service.
