My printer HP6835 will print fine, but it will not copy. Please help me.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: I m sorry it is a 4635 HP all in one. I think it is only about 2 yrs old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Are you still there?
JA: No. I'm the Printer Technician's Assistant.
Customer: I am using my Dell PC It seems to print fine, just cannot make copies.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: We do not use it very often, but when I hit copy it beeps. Then I went through the menu and it asked me to download more cool ways to use your web-connected printer. Then the paper printed out Congratulations, I was successful. But still cannot copy
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I don't think so., Just really need to make some copies. thanks
