Not getting membership is quite possible.
You need to clean the printhead on the printer, not the computer.
At least, if the lines are as I think they might be... can you perhaps scan a page and post the image of the scan showing the defect, to your reply? that would save some time interrogating you about what lines exactly are showing and how they look etc.
Also... is your computer Windows, or Apple? it might matter to the case.
