My brother M FC 9330cdw when doing duplex printing it is not printing clearly on one side, it has patches as if there is sufficient ink getting to it
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: approx 3 years
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: pc windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I am not sure as I have this printer handed to me from our secretary and I am not sure how long it has been happening
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

Are the patches always in the same place and on the same side of the duplex printed page?

If so, then the duplex roller may have some residue on it and needs cleaning.

Try cleaning or replacing the rollers and let me know if that helps.
