Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Can you open the printer, remove the ink cartridges, power it off and remove the power.
Wait 2 minutes, power it on, put the ink back in and tell me if it now works please
ok, remove the ink cartridges, power off the printer and use a Q-Tip with cleaning alcohol or warm water if you have none, to clean out where the cartridges go in.
Then use a damp cloth to wipe the inside of the printer.
Allow 10 minutes for it to dry, then put the ink back in, power it on and tell me please if it now works.
It is the printhead that has faulted, this now confirms it
