Customer Question

Canon Pixma MG5560 air printer does not connect after change to NBN
JA: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: No, worked with TELSTRA wifi modem. Printer 2 years old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PB computer, Windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Since NBN connection on Monday 10th Oct.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I haven't been able to scan to my computer since upgrade To Windows 10 in August. Only option it now gives is to save to USB not computer. Printer doesn't have a USB.

Hi there and welcome

Have you tried to connect the printer to the new wireless network?

If so, what happens when you do?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I can't see how to do this.
Expert:  Richard replied 1 month ago.

No problem, you can do this by following my instructions on my link below

http://www.canon-europe.com/support/consumer_products/pixma_printer_wireless_connection_setup/mg3540_printer_wireless_connection_setup/

This will then connect it to the new wireless network and will allow you to print to it again

I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.

Else let me know please how you go
